How bonus balances work
All our welcome package bonuses have a minimum 30x play-through requirement before transfer to cash balance. We credit bonuses after each eligible deposit using the specified promo bonus code, including the welcome package bonus codes. If you withdraw before a welcome package bonus is credited, we void that bonus.
Your total balance has a Cash Balance and a Bonus Balance. We deduct wagers from Cash Balance first. While a bonus is active, we credit winnings to Bonus Balance even if you funded the bet from Cash Balance. To convert our Bonus Balance into withdrawable cash, you must meet a wagering requirement of 30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount. We add winnings from Free Spins awarded as part of a bonus offer to Bonus Balance and apply the same wagering requirements as for other bonuses. Slots may contribute 100% towards wagering, while table games and live casino games contribute a lower percentage.

Expiry, archiving and restrictions
Our bonuses have an expiry date, and if wagering requirements are not met within that period the Bonus Balance and any pending winnings are forfeited. We remove bonus credits not played within 30 days of being awarded because they expire. Play conditions and consequences
We may assess irregular play including a single bet of at least 20% of a received bonus before playthrough is fulfilled, using a game’s gamble or double feature to exceed its maximum bet, raising a balance with high bets then reducing bets by more than half to meet wagering without meaningfully reducing that balance, simultaneous contradictory net-zero bets on sic bo, craps, baccarat or roulette, and high bets on games contributing less than 20% towards playthrough followed by lower-than-average bets on higher-contribution games.
If we determine irregular play was used, we may at our discretion withhold withdrawals and confiscate affected winnings, and continued irregular play may lead to bonus disqualification and account suspension or blocking. If we believe a player abuses or attempts to abuse a bonus, promotion or gaming policy, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith, we may at our sole discretion deny, withhold or withdraw the benefit, rescind the policy temporarily or permanently, terminate casino access or block the account.

Stakes and limits
Our minimum sports bet is 0.1 EUR or the equivalent in converted currency. Maximum winnings on a bet slip are 50 000 EUR. Total odds for a multiple bet cannot exceed 1000 regardless of its selections, and a combined bet can contain at most 20 events. Our maximum bet amount varies by sport, event, market and bet type as determined by the platform and may change without prior written notice. We may also change offerings, payout limits and individual bet limits without giving reasons.
We may change our sportsbook terms, regulations, procedures, payment and betting limits without prior personal notice. Previously made bets keep their conditions, while subsequent bets follow the modified rules.
Placing a bet
We accept bets on listed events under our rules. A bet becomes accepted when registered in our database, and its recorded acceptance time is final in a dispute. We may decline or partially accept a requested bet at our sole discretion without explaining the decision. You cannot change or cancel accepted bets with us and must ensure the selected outcome matches your intention before confirming payment.
We accept pre-match bets until the stated event start and may void a bet placed after the actual start. In-play bets are the exception and may be accepted from the start of an event until its end. Our event start time and betting coefficient may change before the event begins, but winnings use the betting coefficient effective when the bet was made.
Results and interrupted events
We calculate sports winnings within 24 hours of the announcement of official final event results. Our published results provide the basis for calculation. If they differ from a sports federation’s results, we review the federation’s documents and, if our result is incorrect, recalculate within 14 working days after receiving those documents.
We void bets on discontinued or uncompleted events, except that bets remain active if an interrupted event resumes and finishes within 72 hours of its originally scheduled kick-off time. We may repay bets at betting coefficient 1.00 for obvious or contradictory odds errors, a handicap inconsistent with team strength against leading world sports records and betting results, or an organiser’s change to event rules.
Voids and betting conduct
We may void a bet for compliance with applicable law or Force Majeure. On receiving official information about result manipulation or fraud, we may cancel bets and suspend winnings. We may also cancel a direct event participant’s bets and suspend their winnings when information identifies them as a participant. We may cancel an in-play bet or suspend its winnings if the event has already taken place when the bet is made, and may stop accepting bets on particular in-play markets without giving a reason.
We prohibit group bets and may void repeated bets on the same outcomes from the same or different clients. We may do so after the official result if we suspect collusion. We forbid automated-decision tools, algorithms, programs, scripts and bots. A violation leads to account blocking and refund of all bets.
Cashout
Our sportsbook for some markets offers cashout before the final market outcome. Offers are determined automatically and change when influencing factors change. We may cancel the feature at any time without notice. We do not offer cashout on 2-source markets where a possible outcome is unavailable for betting and produces a return at odds of 1. If cashout is applied there, we may cancel the bet and recalculate it using the official result.

Sportsbook balances and payouts
We may check identity before sportsbook payouts and hold refunds or withdrawals for the time needed. False or incomplete personal data may lead to withdrawal refusal and account termination, which we notify by email. False data may also lead us to cancel bets and winnings.
We deduct mistakenly credited sportsbook bonuses or winnings, including winnings from such a bonus, because they remain Sportsbook property. If mistakenly credited funds were withdrawn before we discovered the error, the amount becomes a debt owed to us without prejudice to other legal remedies. We may set off a positive balance in a sportsbook account against amounts you owe us and may refuse sports bonus credit without explanation. An incorrectly written event-participant name alone does not entitle you to repayment. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits
Our payments are processed by Winit LTD, and we offer various deposit and cash-out options. You must be the lawful owner of money you deposit and wager with us. The name on a credit or debit card must match your registered name or we may suspend your account and require you to contact customer support. For a card-funded deposit, the payee’s name must match the name registered on the card. We accept no cash funding and do not permit transfers to third parties under any circumstances.
Withdrawal prerequisites
We require at least one deposit before a withdrawal, and you must play through each deposit at least once before withdrawing. We release withdrawals of bonus winnings only after successful completion of wagering requirements and verification checks. We pay bank wire or cheque withdrawals only to the name registered on your account with us.
Before substantial or exceptional withdrawals, whether individually or cumulatively, we require notarized copies of at least two documents selected from a recent statement from the bank where deposits or wagers originated, a driver’s licence and a current valid passport.
Processing and review
We process withdrawals Monday through Friday after up to a 48-hour pending state and may charge processing fees at casino management’s discretion. Your account
Registration and verification
Before playing our casino games on a computer or other device, you must register with current, complete and accurate information.
